Added 2026-10-30 (2026-10-30T0255Z-intel, S1): national-authority vendor-status tracker for the PHP2Shell wave (925 products with vulnerable, fixed or under-investigation status and vendor-source links, updated several times a day); its commit history shows which vendor changed status and when, which is what the wave's delta sweep needs. Event-specific: retire when the wave ends. Candidate: promote to active after 3 contributing runs.
