The Swiss Informationssicherheitsverordnung (SR 128.1), in force since 1 January 2024, requires the federal administrative units falling under its Article 2(1)(c) to build their own information-security management system within three years of entry into force, i.e. by 1 January 2027, per Article 51(4) (Fedlex, ordinance text).
